I'd love to see how the fatal 4 way ended. If there were any feud set ups coming from it...
I'd hate it to have just been a match, considering there were 2 new draftees from it and the only thing they do is end up making the guy who left for ECW look better.
FEUDS FOR KENNEDY AND SHELTON PLEASE.

I'm for sure going to watch Smackdown this week. Can't wait to see the Fatal Four Way for the United States Championship. Hopefully a feud or two develops out of it like maybe Matt/Shelton or Matt/Kennedy, either one of those would be awesome.
Right now the wedding is called off and the couple are having problems which is now meaning that the Title match at GAB is hugely in favor of Triple H seeing Edge might not get any help.
I think its a huge PLOT to fool everyone and Edge will get the help at the GAB and steel the WWE Title and afterwards the wedding is back on maybe for sometime before SummerSlam where hopefully the Undertaker will return there and a Hell In A Cell could be made for SummerSlam between Undertaker/Edge.
Unless a huge swerve is in the works/is working right now, all signs point to Taker going to Raw. Wedding off eh? well maybe not, Taker to raw is more logical but now Vickie can lift the ban on Taker and he can come and wreck house...
After a quick changing of the ring to a red, white and blue theme for the fourth of July it was time for Friday Night SmackDown.
The show began with the MVP VIP lounge and his guest of the night was Triple H, who came out to a huge pop. After some back and forth banter between MVP and Triple H, Edge's World Heavyweight Title loss was shown. Triple H says that other then losing the title Edge has everything going for him, marrying a woman of power is always a great move, "Stephanie shout out". Vickie Guerrero comes out to a ton of heat. She announces Edge vs. HHH for the Great American Bash. HHH continues to make fun of Vickie, even suggesting she should get married in Las Vegas. Another Steph shout out.
Next, a star on a poll match between Michelle McCool, Victoria, Kelly Kelly, Maryse, & Cherry was held to determine the number 1 contender for the Divas Title, which was on display. It looked like the WWE title with pink diamonds. McCool grabs the star for the win.
Vickie puts Hawkins & Ryder in a match with Jesse and Festus. Festus was dressed up as Uncle Sam. Jesse & Festus get the win. After the match Edge comes out and attacks Festus with a chair shot. The crowd was cheering for the ring bell to "awaken" Festus. Edge and Vickie get into a backstage argument. Vickie locks Edge out of her office.
In Jeff Hardy's SmackDown debut he beat John "so much for the brand split" Morrison in a great match, good back and forth action.
Umaga defeated Funaki, of all people, in a very quick match.
Matt "why is he on SmackDown" Hardy beat Shelton Benjamin, Chavo Guerrero and Ken Kennedy is in a fatal four way match to retain the United States Championship. Crowd was pro Hardy. The referee seemed to get in the way of the action during some spots.
Edge comes back to the ring saying he is going to reveal some of Vickies "dark secrets". Vickie comes out on stage, yelling at Edge. Edge calls off the wedding off. Vickie begins to cry hysterically on the stage, throwing her wedding ring down.
In the final match of the night, HHH and the Big Show beat Mark Henry and Edge. Edge left the ring, allowing HHH to pedigree Henry fairly quickly. I do not know if this will make the main TV broadcast, but JR and Mick Foley both were sitting at ringside with their headsets on doing commentary.
Loudest Pops: HHH, Jeff Hardy, J.R., Matt Hardy
Most Heat: Vickie, Edge, Henry
Overall, this was a fun show to attend as their was a good mixture of in ring action and promos.
