MVP winning the title would be too early. He needs a few more mid-card reigns and feuds before moving up to the title scene.

Should be a decent show. MVP as WHC? Hmm, not for another 2-3 years tbh.

For the record, Vickie did not suffer any Undertaker attacks on air

He threatened a chokeslam but Edge speared him to interrupt

SD was pretty decent this week.

Opening segment was fine.

Punk/Palumbo was ok but nothing memorable. GTS on Palumbo I thought may test Punk but he didn't have any problems.

Michelle/Layla was short and wasn't horrible. Michelle won with a heel hook submission and hit some nice grounded moves. Better than expected.

Batista's promo was hardly groundbreaking. He implied he would be at judgement day.

Show/Finlay vs MVP/Henry was actually pretty good. Nothing groundbreaking but solid work from all 4 contestants. FInlay got worked over most of the match before Show dominated at the end.

Kozlov squash was worse than usual.

Cherry/Maryse wasn't anything to talk about.

Shelton/Matt was quite good. Not realy a strong story to it, but Foley did a good job talking Shelton up, even though he jobbed. I think this Shelton/Kofi feud will go Shelton's way and he will challenge for the US title.

ME was effective for what it was. Chavo and Bam leaving could be interesting, but ya Vickie wasn't damaged and it finished with Taker staring down Edge/heads/vickie as they ran away.

Only problem is, they need some divas who can wrestle!

Can't wait to see this match tonight and I agree, I think Shelton will end up winning this feud with Kofi because at this point it would mean more for Shelton to beat Kofi (thus gaining quite a bit of momentum for ending Kofi's streak) than for Kofi to beat Shelton for a third time.
