..Is a great wrestler, Wang Yang sometimes impresses me more than Mysterio and Jeff in terms of HighFlying even though I like Jeff and Rey better as overall characters (offcourse Rey and Jeff are GREAT highfliers too..taking nothing away from them)

However his character sucks..an Asian redneck with wack music with a lil dance n shit..wack music as in wack for a wwe entrance...

It annoys me..

I think he should be reinvented as a kung fu silent hard hitting guy with some Asian kung fu flavor in terms of costume. I mean hes one of only 2 asians there(besides Funaki). Khali is Asian but u know what I mean. And they have never used a kung fu sort of guy whos actually Asian. RVD sort of but hes white lol dont count

They have some creative potential in terms of making a mystical warrior image for him: Chinese kung fu shaolin type

We love kung fu movies he would be a great badass kungfu face, instead of ...'meh' mildly amusing comedic character he has now

Music: Elements of Chinese/Japanese instruments with a badass beat. Like how they incorporated an Indian sound yet with a sort of badass sounding music for Khali.

I'll have to agree with you when i first saw him i was like "wtf is this shit" then i realized he had alot of talent...i think if they were to change his char he would be alot better

"Jimmy Wang Yang has bee Released. We wish him the best in his future endeavors."

Then he could go to TNA and be utilized correctly.

As Akio, he wouldn't have had to comeback with a redneck gimmick as TNA and TNA fans just care about the talent of the guy.
The whole Akio/Jimmy Wang Yang thing proves that WWE cares more about who's over or not than actual talent. It's why I prefer TNA tbh.

What??? TNA had him as a Flying Elvis - more outrageous than his redneck gimmick. Anyway, I liked him as an Elvis and like him as a red neck, he was fine as plain old Akio, but thank god he's got a gimmick going or you wouldn't be seeing him even on Heat.

You're totally right, dude. TNA isn't the holy grail of wrestling gimmick-wise. Next time do your research before you say that TNA utilises talent correctly.
