He shouldn't have won at No Mercy to begin with, didn't do jack shit with his one month long title reign or whatever, and now he's a complete loser. No way in hell people are gonna take him seriously. Just release him. He's so annoying.

Well, of course Ziggler didn't do "jack shit" during his previous IC title reign. It's not his fault that he was booked to have the title for 3 weeks without letting him do much during his run, and how they ruined any momentum that he had after his victory at No Mercy. Yet you want the guy to be fired after giving us one of the best feuds this year in Ziggler/Miz.

Nah that's idiotic. Ziggler's just proved with the Miz feud that he can bring it, he can hold his end on the stick and put on a great performance in the ring. Why would you release a guy like that? This isn't Sandow, this is someone who could legitimately blow up for another company, letting him go would be bad business. The IC feud has been my favourite feud for the last period and that's because both guys brought it and really sold the feud. If anything they should build on him more, give him some more credibility and use him as a jobber to the stars role to get younger guys over.

I'm a fan of Ziggler and he's a great wrestler despite what you smarks think, but at this point he needs to be released. From a character standpoint and strictly looking at it from a kayfabe standpoint, I couldn't take him main eventing against Ambrose seriously and I couldn't take him beating Miz seriously either. He's been getting buried for years, his character logically cannot win a match against any credible wrestler and he is beyond repair. What's the point of him still being there? Can't even take him seriously as enhancement talent either since he's so easy to beat that it means nothing when some new guy goes over him either.

He also constantly whined and complained passive aggressively on social media and during interviews for over a year about his spot in the company and then turned around and took a shot at CM Punk (like him or not he at least did something about his situation) for "complaining on some podcast."

He obviously doesn't need to be fired but he does need a fresh new start somewhere else because I don't see an upside to him being on Smackdown. At this point, they might as well trade him for Cesaro and have Cesaro be the one to give the Miz his comeuppance on Daniel Bryan's behalf.

Yeah. The booking for Ziggler should prove once and for all never to have faith in WWE booking or storytelling, or whatever you want to call it.

If he's smart he'll just leave when his contract is up and perhaps follow Cody's footsteps and join the Rasslin business. The Sports Entertainment business wasn't for him.
