i mean, he went from US champion no nothing at all, not even a jobber im sure this has something to do with his promo and not something random, 2015 was a very good year for him and half of 2016 was also pretty decent but after that epic promo he is nowhere to be found.

Re: Kalisto´s promo killed his career.

Remember when people were saying he was going to be bigger and better than Rey Mysterio...

This 5 foot jobber killed the credibility of the US title.
It really shows how WWE dont plan long term. You go back to Rusev's first run as US Champ when he was booked well, then Big Match Cena, Rollins, Cena again, then Del Rio who returned with some buzz and then it was put on Kalisto and stuck on the preshow. They built the Title up and then just chopped it back down.

Re: Kalisto´s promo killed his career.

I don't think Kalisto should be allowed near a live mic ever again. He's one of the worst talkers WWE have ever had. Dude makes Reigns look slick.

I think the swearing on Raw commentary got him knocked down a bit too - that seemed to be the point it all went to shit for him.

Re: Kalisto´s promo killed his career.

He should head to the CW division. He's simply too small tobe taken seriously against the true heavyweights on the main roster. Outside of that put him in a permanent tag team with a big guy so he can use his speed with his partner's power. Lucha Dragons were too small as a team as Sin Cara is a legit CW as well.

Apollo could make a good partner for Kalisto.

In a world with stupid, childish characters like Bray Wyatt and The Undertaker, Kalisto cant be taken seriously because he is too small? fpalm

Wrasslin is has to be one of the dumbest things ever created, and we are talking about credibility in wrasslin? lol

Re: Kalisto´s promo killed his career.

He has the worst mic skills and the worst look of all time. He also have no character. All he can do some flips. I'm pretty sure every 5 footers can do some slips... He was the worst champion in WWE history. I hope they won't put him in a serious feud vs Corbin. Pretty sure Corbin can beat like 4 Kalistos at the same time.

Re: Kalisto´s promo killed his career.

Well, it didn’t do any favors for him.

But honestly, he wasn’t going to do anything that much better than he already was. Bad talker and small but has cool outfit and is talented in the ring.

Guy was going to be mid card for life anyways, which is fine. If he can have great matches in the future in the mid card and cruiserweight division and sell those masks, he’s done his job.

Re: Kalisto´s promo killed his career.

The fact that they aren't capitalizing on such an epic promo is what's killing his career.

Yes I said epic, yes I realize that it was probably one of the worst promos ever, which is what makes it so good. It was the Birdemic of promos. So bad it's good. It's became a real life meme around here where if my friends and I are talking and somebody goes blank or can't think of the right word they run off going "goddamnit wooo!"
Seriously WWE, just make this his gimmick. A guy that can go in the ring, but stumbles like an idiot on the mic. It's such a contrast of styles, like pre-bell and post-bell Festus, or Mankind and Dude Love, or what Finn Balor and Demon Balor should be. You know the thing where they have the......the....two......different, different things.
GODDAMNIT WOOOOO!!!

The guy sucked as a US champion. The work that Cena and Rusev did to make the title relevant and mean something was undone by this lucha thing guy xD

I mean damn him and Titus O'Neil should be never given a mic but they can be definitely tag team since they can relate and probably be interesting too since the botches can be funny.
