Bryan at battleground said he is planning some risky ideas for Smackdown. I am hoping one of them is having the smackdown Women's title decided in a ladder match at SS. Becky and Nattie are good enough that they can do this match without killing themselves. And Bryan can say the winner gets to name what the new title is going to be called.
This.
This is the same guy that said smackdown will be the land of opportunity and then draft Cena and Orton.
Ill believe it when i see it (or read about it lol)
I also laugh at the mere notion of Shane or Bryan having any input on creative.
Hope that means a bloody and broken Cena being put through the announcers table with a Styles Clash :mark: :mark: :mark: :mark:

This way Cena cuts the BS, gets serious and this feud becomes a blood feud where both just hate one anothers guts.
They should have Orton go to Lesnars house and attack him for next weeks Smackdown.
They could show segments throughout the show of Orton arriving at Lesnars house, looking for Lesnar until Orton finally confronts Lesnar at the end of the show. I'd have Lesnar ambush Orton and beat him down to the point Randy decides to run, but then have Orton hit Lesnar with the RKO outta nowhere and finish standing tall. Orton taunting him with "Viperville - no enhancement need" or simply "No enhancement needed" would be GOAT level shit :mark: :mark:
He is just an on screen character. He isn't really running SD or contributing in that way. That being said, I really hope that SD is going to do something different. RAW really changed their schtick for their first show. Squash matches, interviews with talent with Byron. Good touches. SD needs to do something to void being looked at as...typical WWE with Cena and Orton.
Lol they better step it up because RAW is on fire right now. THEY are the one doing risky shit like putting Finn over and having Reigns eat clean pins. Somehow I'm less enthusiastic with what SD can do, they won't alter Cena character, they won't touch Ambrose character, Styles will still be heel and Randy is same old same old. Yeah doesn't look really good.
If all they can do to top RAW is having ladder match fir the women championship then they might as well scrap it and go home
More story-telling, more promos, more backstage segments.
The wrestling aspect hasn't been a problem, there's just toooo much. WWE PPVs should be the wrestle-fest. I can't stomach the same monotonous matches filling 90% of the show week in, week out.
Wrestling has now 'replaced' the storytelling, probably because it's easier n cheaper to do so.
I'd imagine he'd have some sort of input on the direction of the show, I mean, why else would he agree to be GM of SD?? besides an obvious payday which I don't think Bryan would be concerned with in the slightest.
I can assure you it will not be anything involving the women. Daniel Bryan isn't in charge, he has no say. He's just a hype man trying his best to polish a turd. Vince doesn't care about the women.
Idk what risky ideas he was talking about, but the only thing risky tonight was booking complete shit for the show. I had to shut my tv off I was about to fall asleep.
Comparing this week's Raw and SmackDown the risky idea is that WWE want to run SmackDown into the ground and get it cancelled. Fucking Doph Ziggler? Worst Booking Ever.
