Daniel Bryan could pull a good match out of every member on this forum both male and female. That's how talented he is. That is no lie.

Well, if you remember how much joy you got just watching him wrestle mid-carders every week, then you certainly cannot be upset with his current position. If you can remember Cole calling our little hero a nerd every week, then you definitely can't be upset with his position in the company. Cole, along with JBL, sounds downright giddy during a Daniel Bryan match.

A real Daniel Bryan fan should be thrilled right now. The internet sings his praises; Hall of Famers sing his praises; a commentators sing his praises. It's a great time to be a Daniel Bryan fan.
Agree with all of this. Repped

I honestly didn't think the match was all that special. The psychology was great and DBD sold well but Ryback looked gassed early on and it took him off his game. The finishing sequence left something to be desired too as I was hoping we'd get a counter in there instead of just some power moves and Shellshocked. I don't know, maybe I just expected Ryback to be as explosive as he was a face and now as a heel he's going to work more methodically.

Those were the depressing days, you couldn't see a Daniel Bryan match without muting the TV or changing the channel due to Michael Cole literally burying the match and the WWE. Not sure what Vince was thinking calling his own superstars boring. That is like telling your audience to change the channel. But I like how he proved them wrong and the little boring nerdy vegan is now getting bigger pops than their own home grown pretty boys. His booking is better than ever before, in 2011 he was only on 2 PPVs and only regulated to Smackdown. Now he is everywhere, PPVs, RAW, Smackdown, and sometimes even closing RAW. This is just the beginning though.

I gotta admit, I didn't believe that Ryback could put on a scientific match like this, I thought all he could do was brawl and hit poorly executed power moves with no flow or psychology. Granted, being in there with Daniel Bryan made this a lot easier for him but still its pretty fantastic a guy his size can put on a great technical scientific match like that, it really shows his versatility.

Yup, this. Even though Bryan's always eating the pin, he is heavily featured as he's over as hell and is a reliable worker, both on the mic and in the ring. I'm sure at some point WWE will make him a transitional Champion.
