Default Smackdown live once a month only?

With the attendance so low, and there being so many WWE shows taped now would this make sense? It wouldn't be getting rid of the brand altogether, but merely having one live Smackdown a month. Would one live Smackdown be better than a weekly show that is currently irrelevant? Add in Main Event, and you can basically pick up the other hour of the old Smackdown. People tend to be driven more towards live events anyhow, and I think having one live Smackdown a month may actually be a solid idea. Does anyone even watch Smackdown?

WWE should go back to doing smaller venues like they did in the Grand Ballroom at Manhattan Center Studios. I'd like it alot more plus it just seems like a waste of money and space right now, I dont think doing that would hurt the WWE at all either.

Raw would end up being WCW's Nitro, and Smackdown would end up as the taped Raw of the attitude era. I would love to see Smackdown aired at Manhattan Center Studios.

I'm not surprised attendance is so low. It's a House Show. So they should expect a House Show audience. It's a non live televised event, with minimal storylines, match fillers, where the faces win the majority of the time.

I don't know how much it costs WWE to rent out a 12000 capacity venue. I tend to think even if it is money wasted it's barely anything in their budget. And Vince will never go back to a 3000-5000 capacity place like the old days.
