Default The beatdown of Sheamus

I have to say that felt good to finally see Sheamus look less like a super human, because the guy has been booked like an Irish Superman and it is annoying enough that he always seems to win like 95% of his matches. Even when he does lose he NEVER eats the pin. That beatdown he received on SmackDown was just great, he needed to eat that ring canvas. I was quite impressed that someone can actually lift Sheamus like that and deliver a nasty sit-out powerbomb to him. Did anyone else enjoy this? Even Sheamus fans should agree that he needs to look and feel more like a human rather than this supernatural who won't ever lose and eat a pin.

Meh, Christian did eliminate him at Elimination Chamber. I know that doesn't count but hey it's good enough for me.

I liked Sheamus more when he was a bad ass heel, not Super Sheamus

Didn't care for it. Also the whole point of that segment was to show that Batista was still "The Animal" yet he still came off as a bitch.

Sheamus still hasn't lost a singles match in ages. He wasn't really made to look bad because he was taking it to Batista until being attacked with a chair.

Not sure why they keep protecting Sheamus so heavily in matches without putting him into any storylines or feuds.

Yeah I hated how Christian could never beat him it just annoyed me because the feud was so one-sided. Christian will hopefully get a win over him at some point. I'll take Batista over Sheamus anyday, Batista was always a badass, intense serious guy that I can get behind. Sheamus was a decent heel but since then he's been so cartoony, corny, and just outright cheesy. Batista never done this since he's much edgier.

I don't see how he came off as a "bitch" that doesn't suit a guy like Batista, but even then he is a heel so he's going to incorporate some heelish antics. He still destroyed Sheamus' corny self, Sheamus is very cartoony and one-dimensional and it was fun to see him finally off his Superman ways.

Even though Batista is heel, that doesn't mean he should run away from Sheamus like that. In order to show Triple H that he is unleashing "the animal", Batista should've speared Sheamus and then...at that moment, have him decide whether or not to pin Sheamus or beat him with a chair.

The animal thinks for a sec and says "Ah, screw the match. I'm gonna get a chair and destroy him. I'll show Hunter who the real man is."

I've also been wondering...how come Randy Orton hasn't been squashed by Batista yet? or why haven't they brawled yet? They bicker at each other on the mic and do their signature moves on each other, but no brawl? And these two are supposed to be feuding...
