Bryan has settled into the role of the upper midcard/fill in main event heel that makes the faces look good. In this role, he doesn't need a lot of wins. In fact, with his no! character, he shouldn't win. Instead, he has to be annoying and fall short of accomplishing his goals, which is what he is doing now.
Bryan looks very comfortable in this role, so I wouldn't expect his booking to change.
