Re: Some scenarios for The Shield to win at TLC

The only positive outcome The Shield can have is a DQ finish after Moxley uses a chair or something on Ryback. Ryback no-sells it and drills Mox. No one gets pinned, both can keep feuding and The...

Re: Jerry Lawler passes out during 9/10 Raw

How WWE can go on with the show after a man may have passed away in their ring is beyond me. That's disgusting.

Re: will the wwe ever have a roh stable and storyline?

You could do it, but today you would need Cornette as the mouthpiece and he could do "shoot" promos on the WWE. Too bad Cornette hates the WWE.

Re: Is Wade Barrett overrated?

Barrett is big and can talk. He's still a little rusty in the ring but that will come with time.

Re: Why Do Piper & Hogan Have Heat?

This is correct. There's also the issue of Hogan never putting Piper over in a championship match despite Piper being the most over guy next to Hogan and Savage.

Re: Freefall off WWE stock costs McMahon $500 million

Granted, the slop WWE puts on TV doesn't help, but:

- WWE has invested a ton of money in movies that no one watches

- WWE has invested a ton of money in a Premium TV station that no one will...

Re: Most Brutal Matches of 2012

Honestly, almost all of the matches from this year have been pretty tame.

Re: Which wrestlers do your think are the biggest marks for themselves?

It's called Kayfabe.

Cornette is the other end of the booking spectrum. Whereas Russo is completely random and insane, Cornette is 100% old-school. McMahon does not get as much credit as he...

Re: Dean Ambrose Pre-Debut Discussion Thread

That's a little much. Punk and Danielson both had a pretty significant amount of work in the indies before WWE brought them in. Both worked dark matches (I saw Punk work a dark match in June of 05)...

Re: Were any major stars created from 2007 - 2010?

Not really. Punk was given carrots (MITB, WHC, his own stable), but it was very evident WWE had no faith in the guy. WWE didn't know what to do with him and subsequently jobbed him into oblivion. ...

Re: Which wrestlers do your think are the biggest marks for themselves?

Granted, Hart is a huge mark for himself, but the guy backed it up the in ring every time.

As for mine, it depends on where we're talking about:

WWE: The Cliq

WCW: Eric Bischoff

Re: Watching the attitude era for the first time

I would start at the beginning of 1997 as opposed to the middle of it. If you start at SummerSlam, you will miss out on half of the build to Survivor Series (Montreal Screwjob). Technically, the...

Re: Hey there. Don't watch indies. Just WWE & TNA. Who's Dean Ambrose?

Moxley can go. I'm not his biggest fan, but the guy can work like very few I've seen. Big dude, good look, knows exactly what he's doing in the ring; if he doesn't make it big I don't know who will.

Re: Stone cold not to wrestle another match

Austin broke his neck nearly 15 years ago and almost died the day before WM 19 because he wouldn't stop wrestling. But despite that, every 2-3 years someone stirs up shit saying "OMG HE'S GONNA...

Re: POW!!!! what a shot

JBL stiffing Blue Meaning at One Night Stand and Stevie Richards giving him his receipt with a stiff chair shot always come to mind.
