Re: 21-1: One Year Later, a mistake or not?

Neither did Bray.

What happened post Bray vs Taker is irrelevant to what happened before it, as far as Bray's credibility is on topic.

Lots of people care and remember, as you can see...

Re: 21-1: One Year Later, a mistake or not?

Orton was booked to beat old men after losing to Triple H.

Bray, at least until that Taker match, received some strong bookings.

Doesn't take away from the fact Bray beat Bryan whom...

Re: Issues with Taker's return this year

Ever heard of Brock Lesnar?

UT wasn't the biggest star in the business last WM, though.

Huge difference, bro.

Re: 21-1: One Year Later, a mistake or not?

The irony of your last statement is, as we've seen from the reaction Taker's got at WM 31, he's just another wrestler without The Streak. Much like anyone else, except Brock.

Still didn't stop...

Re: 21-1: One Year Later, a mistake or not?

Bray was at the same position Orton was pre-WM 21 (without Bray winning the title belt of course, but that win was rendered useless by HHH anyway) and Orton/Taker was received very well.

Granted,...

Re: Who if retired, you would stop watching WWE?

When Undertaker retires for good, I'll stop watching altogether.

Meaning, WM 32 will more than likely be my last WM.

Re: 21-1: One Year Later, a mistake or not?

Considering Taker lost his credibility once The Streak ended, reality begs to differ.

And what I said isn't even horseshit anymore. Look at Taker's crowd reactions at WM 31 and compare it to the...

21-1: One Year Later, a mistake or not?

A year ago, Brock Lesnar cemented himself as the undisputed kayfabe greatest of all time when did what no one thought would have been done by anyone at Wrestlemania 30. He silenced the whole world in...

Re: When one says "saddest wrestling legend", who is the first person that comes to your mind?

Because I can.

And I officially take back everything I said and assumed about Brock leaving since he resigns with WWE.

Nonetheless, as far as giving back to the business by pushing future...

Re: When one says "saddest wrestling legend", who is the first person that comes to your mind?

Paying dues isn't about making wrestler's X character interesting, it's about wrestler X's character giving back to the business by investing on the future.

And all those pushes are anywhere...

Re: Taker vs Sting should NOT main event WrestleMania 32

I fully realize Vince takes Undertaker for granted, but even counting this fact into the whole grand scheme, I just cannot imagine WWE making Undertaker sharing the spotlight of his retirement match...

Re: When one says "saddest wrestling legend", who is the first person that comes to your mind?

You don't get it, do you? This isn't about how long it took to make an impact, this is about giving back to the business. Look what Taker did in those 20+ years for the business. He not only gained...

Re: Taker vs Sting should NOT main event WrestleMania 32

Wait, I think it's possible for it to be Taker's last match. But Sting's last match too? Where did you hear that?

Besides, I don't think WWE will make the retirement of 2 legends in one night to...

Re: WWE.COM Poll: Will The UnderTaker Rebound From His Loss @ WM XXX?

See, that statement is half true. The first part is true, the second part is untrue. Bray won't be a new star if he beats Taker. Keep in mind Taker has no credentials at Wrestlemania anymore (it's a...

Re: How Lesnar's Streak Defeat Was Squandered - Wade Keller

Solid points, man. Repped!

I think Vince is doing everything he can right now to ensure The Streak didn't die for nothing. I'd bet a good money there's nothing he fears more than hearing "Brock...

Repped.

Good call. Any chance Brock ending The Streak being known in the future as Vince's gravest mistake?

Re: WWE.COM Poll: Will The UnderTaker Rebound From His Loss @ WM XXX?

Good point. Sad but true.

Taker will retire 22-2 at this point, with Sting being the 2.

You do know all those accomplishments are now buried under the indelible memory of the moment known...

Re: Agree or Disagree: Sting should interfere in Undertaker's match at Wrestlemania.

I'd like for that to happen, but Vince will not allow anyone to look strong at WM 31 except for Reigns. So it won't happen.

Re: When one says "saddest wrestling legend", who is the first person that comes to your mind?

In kayfabe, I don't have any rebuttal. Vince made it 1000% sure Rock, Hogan, Taker, Cena, Jericho, Hunter, Shawn, Flair, Kane, Show, Angle, Henry, Edge, Orton, Batista, Nash, Sid, Roberts, Snuka,...

Re: If Sting beats HHH then Rock-HHH can't happen

Nah, if WM 32 is Taker's last stand, he's going home with a loss. Taker's way too old school to go out with a win.
