Kane's Future

Do you guys get as upset as I do when you see Kane get the shaft every week? He's always getting screwed over pretty hard. In reality, he would destroy most of the guys in the locker room. I'm sick of seeing him lose matches that he would have walked all over back in the day.

I think he needs one last gimmick- become the original heel Kane again, old attire and all. His debut in 1997 was amazing. He was invincible.

Maybe he should attack Vince or something similar to that? Maybe bring back the Brothers of Destruction to eliminate The Shield?

What do you guys think?

Re: Kane's Future

I haven't cared about Kane since about 2001

Re: Kane's Future

His days are over, he is not there to be the top dog. He is only there to put over talent and help build new stars, he doesn't seem to give a shit why do you? He's being paid a shit ton of money and has that 'legend' status backstage

Re: Kane's Future

He recently said that his run with Bryan and playing the straight man, as opposed to the monster, has been some of the most fun he's had in his career. So I wouldn't be worried about him. Besides, he's not a young man, retirement surely isn't too far away.

Ambrose, Bryan, Wyatt.

You have a point. I just seriously miss the old days, I suppose.

Re: Kane's Future

I am pretty sure at this point Kane does what he wants, though I would like to see him get his a little more often though. As time goes on I am just happy to see him not retired yet. Especially since his alter-ego also seems to be getting more into political pursuits so I wouldn't be surprised if he starts taking more time off sooner than later.

We will see.

Re: Kane's Future

I'd love Kane to get another WWE title (longer than his first reign) before he retires. Sadly won't happen.

Re: Kane's Future

He's FORTY SIX. Why do people keep asking for him to be 1998 Kane again?

Re: Kane's Future

Dude's been a consummate professional since day one. He's never been about putting himself over, but doing what's best for business. I don't think he feels badly about any perceived mistreatment (perceived on our end, mind you), and I'm sure that with his experience, he gets plenty of input into what he's doing on screen.

Ironically, today marks his debut 16 years ago at Bad Blood!
