Good match. Hopefully this is the stuff we'll be getting from Daniel Bryan once he goes back to singles action. A few more minutes, and I think it would've been MOTY as far as TV matches go.

Not to mention, he's been trained by Regal and HBK, both who have put him over verbally (so have Bret, Ross, Jericho and other legends) and are good friends with HHH, and he has a great attitude. There's no reason why he shouldn't be one of their top guys.
THIS!

Very good match, great psychology from Bryan working on Ryback's left leg with the kicks. which Ryback sold well, could have maybe done with 1 more counter from Bryan in the ending sequence though for a more exciting "out of nowhere" type finish.

Re: Ryback/Daniel Bryan Praised Backstage

Just watched it and it's definitely not his best match to date.

Both matches he had with Cesaro that didn't end in countouts were better.

Bryan just kicked for 90% of his offense too, so I wouldn't say he carried the match either. But was one of Ryback's better matches since it wasn't just a squash. Every match he has that isn't usually is good.

One of the greatest ring presences ever. Rest in peace champ.

Surely most of the praise goes to Bryan for this, but you gotta give Ryback credit. He's been shaping up himself and trying his best to improve lately, and it's actually working neatly.

Smiling while reading this thread. I love when the GOAT gets the praise he deserves.

Really? Did you not see Kofi-Cesaro from Main Event? That match was easily one of the best TV matches of the year.
