Re: Was the last Punk/Taker segment too much?

The only thing wrong I saw in that whole picture is that they made an anorexic cancer patient looking dweeb beat up a 50 year old 7 foot guy who can still beat the hell out of the dweeb in just 10 seconds in an unscripted fight.

Not at all.

It was the best thing on RAW,Saved the entire dull show frankly.

If anybody is offended then Punk is doing his job fine as heel.

All hail to Ulfric you are the High King
In your great honor we drink and we sing
We're the children of Skyrim and we fight all our lives
And when Sovngarde beckons everyone of us dies

We drink to our youth to the days come and gone
For the age of oppression is now nearly done

Re: Was the last Punk/Taker segment too much?

I loved the segment, think it actually kicked the feud up a notch and got me interested.

Punk pouring the ashes over Taker was one of those moments that made you go "no fricking way" and that's what I like to see. Wasn't that fussed about this match and now i want to see it.

It's about time that Taker was made to look like he could take a legitimate beating, instead of the unbeatable Deadman gimmick. Punk and Heyman are gold.

No, that segment was made simply to provoke the audience and get people talking about it. Which we're exactly doing right now.

I imagine Heyman was super stoked to imitate/pay tribute to Bearer like that.

Re: Was the last Punk/Taker segment too much?

Not too much at all. The angle is weak though, and the build hasn't been good, but to suggest that this was too much is ridiculous. It's that kind of old school heel antics that is lacking these days.

And Hawksea manages to do tasteless on a whole other level to what the segment on Monday may or may not have been. Good job.

Re: Was the last Punk/Taker segment too much?

Mr Moody's family didnt like it, so I voted it was too much

Of course smarks love it because it glorifies CM Punk, the same smarks who had a problem with using Eddie's death in storylines.
Smarks = hypocrites
