Re: Sin Cara as WWE Champion
Sin Cara, has lost the IWC, so to them you look like you're trolling. Up until now he's looked like a failed project, a bust. He's gone from an international star in Mexico to a midcarder who isn't even featured every week. Now, yes, he's had his problems adapting to the WWE style, but he seems to be adjusting, he's not as botch heavy as he once was, but he also doesn't speak English well. Some members of the IWC expect him to have fully mastered both by now, but it's unrealistic as many believe English is the hardest language to learn. Plus, we really don't know how much he has learned to even judge.
Now, here is well I'll criticize WWE. They've done little to mask his flaws, no pun intended, and they've seem to have given up on him because he isn't a top star yet. What I believe is he should be given a translator character, or a manager who can speak. Jack Swagger has been given a great manager to mask his lacking mic skills. CM Punk has been given the greatest manager on WWE Television today and he hardly NEEDS a manager. Now, I'm not saying he should be given a main event slot or Paul Heyman, but they need to make him an integral part of the mid card, and give his character more room to toy around. I think a "translator" could also lead to a lot of comedy spots. Tony Atlas was a great character to have around Mark Henry as ECW Champion, he was funny and had a history of being a strong man. Zeb Colter, a man I've never heard of prior to Swagger is doing a wonderful job. Maybe there's some forgotten American-Luchador legend that can complement Sin Cara as well as those guys have. Could Tito Santana speak and/or be funny? Maybe he can come in. Anyway, WWE Champion seems far away, who knows what can happen if they let him be a successful mid carder. He wasn't Mexico's top draw for nothing.
