Yes, he definitely can lift Henry. He can also lift the Big Show. He just can't do the difficult frontal pickup on those guys. He may have to settle for a regular fireman's carry to lift Mark Henry, and just Shell Shock him off of a fireman's carry instead of what he normally does.
Tbh, that's what he should've done with Tensai to begin with too. Barely anyone will notice, or even care if he does it that way. After all, it isn't like it isn't still impressive. Brock's F5 and Cena's AA start with the simpler fireman's carry pickup too. They still look cool.

He can easily lift Heyman. He hit himself in the head with Heyman's belly and couldn't clear him over his head. It wasn't a matter of being unable to lift him, it was a matter of how he did it. He should've picked him up from the side since he was too fat to clear with the fisherman's suplex pickup.
