Nope and if he by some miracle manages to pull it off I'll eat my words.
Henry is the ultimate test of strength for a powerhouse wrestler because of his build. Once upon a time that honor belonged to Big Show, but due to him getting back into shape he's not as heavy compared to back then. Someone like Cena who back in 04 had a hard time lifting up Show can do it now with ease. That's also in part to Show knowing how to shift his weight around to make it easier on the opponent.
Henry on the other hand has gained a bit more muscle over the years and I have no doubt that he's THE most heaviest star to to perform a "lift up" move on. Practically every guy I've seen do a move like that on Henry they always seem exhausted. Even Cena looked about ready to break when he AA'd him.
And for someone like Ryback who I believe isnt really that strong at all and his muscles are just for show I dont think he can pull of a Shell-Shock on him at all.
But as I've said, I'll stand corrected if he does.
I wouldn't be surprised if there's a spot where Henry is on the top turnbuckle (for god knows whatever reason), allowing Ryback to just put him on his shoulders from there and do the Shell Shock (sans marching).
