I see your point op, he seems like the humble new guy that none of the industry guys respect. Then hell get repackaged into his real gimmick and well see. He will still probably be hated tho lol..
thank god the rocks back and he is so awesome *swooon* the 2 wins against the skinny guy are nothing compared to what he's going to do at wrestlemania, defeat John Cena, introduce the new wwe satelite championship and be the reigning, defending via satelite champion whilst filming hercules this summer, I'm marking out already.
Bo honestly needs to get in the gym, just like a lot of current young talent, they are 205 lbs and cant figure out why the average fan cant get behind them. When you look at guys like Ryback, Batista, Robbie T, and MANY others including cena, they are mountains of muscle...which sorry to sound like Nash here, but that is much more marketable then a guy that looks like he "might work out" in his free time.
also, his mic skills need a LOT of work, Cena was a natural on the mic, like him or hate him, the dude is good at delivering a promo. Bo, just sounds like a generic idiot on the mic to me, nothing special and honestly I could probably make better promos in my mirror after a shower.
lastly, his in ring talent is there, but nothing that stands out in any way. Very well rounded, just like that vast majority of the TUF and NXT champs...aka a mid carder that has nothing to separate him from the herd...think Maven. The guy needs to establish a move set or style of wrestling that makes him different from the other couple thousand wrestlers in the country. Its not hard to do the basic wrestler moves like an irish whip, elbow drop, clothesline, dropkick, Forearm strike, leg drop, stomp, European uppercut, and a steady stable of rest holds...you can learn that stuff in a year at any school in the country. So to have a wrestler do basically nothing but this generic move set, just does not impress me at all...
Unless he comes up with some kind of gimmick I doubt he'll go far in WWE. Cena looked like your typical jobber coming in until he developed the thuganomics gimmick and then he really took off. For Bo Dallas to be like Cena he'd have to do something similar. I predict WWE will push him and then he'll be forgotten into the mid and lower card.

You're silent because you're embarrassed to be here and quite honestly I'm embarrassed for you and the reason why you're embarrassed is because of the steady stream of uninteresting, untalented, mediocre "sports entertainers" who you're forced to cheer for and care for. No wonder you're not cheering you could care less about every single idiot in that dressing room and especially this idiot in the center of the ring. You people have been lead to believe that mediocrity is excellence."
-Chris Jericho's debut speech comes true nearly a decade later.
Firstly, Bo Dallas sounds like a pornstar's name. I can't imagine anyone with a name like that reaching main-event level.
Second, when Cena first debuted against Angle, he had a certain intensity that, coupled with a good gimmick, could help propel him up the ladder and get him over with the fans. That proved to be the exact case when he was given the rapper gimmick.
This is the difference, at least for me, between the two. Dallas so far hasn't exhibited any positive quality that could compliment any gimmick given to him. He's just so plain.
Cena's good looking though whilst *cough* Bo is not. Like Demoslasher said hes also not marketable at all. You guys are so tight though i feel kind sorry for him
