Re: When did everyone start hating Cena SO much
His reactions went from fully positive to very mixed at times dominated by booing throughout 2005 and early 2006. The moment that established his hate group that actively booed him at damn near every single show weekly was when he made Triple H tap out at WM22. Before that, he got booed by the men during his feud with Kurt Angle and before that, some people favored Jericho over him. But nothing that truly damaged his reaction. He got booed worst at New Year's Revolution but then he lost the belt and started getting more cheers on the weeks leading up to Royal Rumble. He won the belt and things went back to mixed but not so many cities booed him. After Chicago showered him in "Fuck you Cena" chants, that's when he got booed by at least a portion of the crowd everywhere he went. The rest is history.
