Here's another question, let's say Johnny boy didn't retire and continued to compete for another 10+ years full time, What will happen to this guy? What will POST WWE CENA era be like?
If I was Cena, I wouldn't re-sign a long term contract. Health is #1

If he's forced to retire, then he retires and the WWE goes on. If he continues to wrestle for 10 years, he'll be prone to more injuries, and he'll get older. To himself and the audience.
