He would just be replaced as the top superstar by Ryback or Sheamus. It is so obvious that they are the three top faces in the WWE right now.

If he did retire, I think they should have Punk as the top face again because he is popular regardless.

If that happened, they'd move Sheamus to the WWE title picture, because I don't think they feel Ryback can be the Raw carrying babyface.

If they didn't want to do that, they'd probably make Punk a face again.

But all that would be for the beginning, because they'd potentially make new stars.
