Why the fuck has Mark Henry never been WWE champion?
He's the world's strongest man. There is no gimmick more deserving of being the champion in a wrestling company, than the world's strongest man. No gimmick more believable as the champion of a wrestling company, than the world's strongest man.

Not saying Henry shouldn't have ever been WWE champ, but since when does one attribute mean someone deserves to be something?
Just cause someone can run real fast, does it mean he should play baseball? Or just because someone has good hand-eye coordination, does it mean they should play hockey?
If you watch sports, you'll see how many guys are just 1 thing, nothing else, and their overall success suffers. In baseball, one guy might be fast(and can steal bases), but if he can't even get on base to begin with, or can't even field, then there's really no point of being a fast guy at all.
Like I said, not saying Henry didn't deserve to be WWE Champ, but if only reason is cause of being "worlds strongest man", that's not really best of reasons. Just like in UFC, strongest guys in company don't always win the fights. Sure, WWE doesn't matter how strong someone is because it's all planned out, but still, should be considered similar concept.

His time came too late, I guess. With stars like Goldberg, HHH, Cena, Rock, Brock, Batista, Angle, Jericho, Taker, and HBK. Henry just played that character who if you beat him, it pretty much meant you overcame HUGE odds. I never expected to enjoy Henry's WHC reign as much as I did.

Why would you be more believable just because you are the strongest? That's hardly the one key component in fighting. Pudzianowski isn't a good fighter.
As for Henry he's just never made it to that top spot. What was more surprising is that he had never even been a world champ at all until a couple of years ago but his role was just that of being the obstacle to overcome.

At least he did win a world title. The WWE signed him back in 1996. He was always getting injured and to WWE's credit, they never gave up on him. They have always used him on TV. He actually got better as the years went on
