I thought I'd poll people here. When did you first start watching RAW? I want to know because I find the enthusiasm here for RAW intriguing since it's the worst it's been in 20 years. My theory is that most RAW 2010's enthusiasts have never experienced the dizzying highs. "If I hadn't seen such riches, I could live with being poor" as the old saying goes. I mean, for me, even the HLA era is vastly superior to this, and the HLA era was torn apart by people who grew fat and hearty on years of the Attitude Era. I remember it, we were pissed at a perceived 'decline' in quality. Little did we know that was TV gold compared to what was to come.

Me? I first started watching RAW somewhere in 1998, although I'd watched WWF PPV's prior to that. I'd been watching WCW since around 92 or 93, when the Hollywood Blondes were there.

But again, I think most present-day WWE enthusiasts are newcomers. When someones says they started watching wrestling (AKA WWE) in like 2011, I ACTUALLY feel pity for them. They truly have no idea what they've missed.

Started at Attitude Era stopped watching in march 2004. Started watching again at RR 2010.

I stopped watching regularly in 2004 too. I had a lot of hope riding on WMXX, which I consider to be the last truly great WWE PPV, at least from the ones I've seen. 'Where it all begins again' was to many the WWE admitting things were shit and that the fun of TAE was coming back. It didn't. I was done after that. I thought people like Batista were shit.
