IDK, they might just have Heyman do his talking for him between his dates --- we'll see. Hoping they add him to the March 18 RAW tapings (otherwise that will be the only week with no Brock or Rock --- and it seems they really need at least one of them their during each three hour RAW taping heading into 'Mania IMO --- I realize this is their first time building to a 'Mania in the three hour era - all the more reason they need at least one of them their each week --- as the rest of the roster can definetly step it up as 'Mania approaches but they do need a huge name to keep drawing consistent ratings heading into WM))...
I guess. But it seems odds to me. Maybe they are separating Brock and The Rock appearances on purpose.
Well he hasn't exactly worked 'too' hard. He didn't have to toil away in the Indys, his father and Pat Patterson got him straight into the WWF. He had a good 6-7 years (There are plenty of guys who have put in 20+ years in the industry (And of course, your "Ric Flairs" with 40+).
And on top of all that, he's stepping on a lot of toes for guys that are currently working their asses off by just coming in and taking the spotlight. I'm pretty sure The Rock would have hated it if WWF had Hogan walking around hogging the spotlight while he was still a mid-carder pulling his weight.
Tee whole "He earned this" angle. IMHO it's all relative. I could name hundreds of guys who 'earned' or even 'deserved but never got the recognition'. The Rock would be extremely low on that list. 7 year career handed to him, cut short for a stint in hollywood. . . Yeah.
You dont seem to understand no one is good enough or on the level that Rock is. Austin constantly had this so called "spot light" that you keep going on about, but The Rock was just too good to ignore and became just as huge as Austin. Also no one defends the title on RAW every week no matter who is champion, its PPV only pretty much.
If you really want to suggest that Tyson Kidd or someone should be in the main event at Wrestlmania as WWE champion then you're just idiotic. If people want the 'spot light', they should take it themselves like Punk did and like how Ziggler is working his way up.
People like you are being ridiculous, its like complaining The Dark Knight Rises or Avengers have taken the spot light from independent films this year so they shouldn't of been released. Total madness.
The Rock will be gone for 2 weeks? He only has about 15 times (Raws and PPVs until WM29) to defend his title before dropping it to Cena at WM29. He's already 0/1. That will put him at 0/3 with only 12 chances left.
You give a part-timer the title -fine! But for God's sake, he needs to defend it! What are they going to have him defend it thrice in 3 months only at PPVs?
Dude, you are delusional. Back in the day it was common for the champ to defend the title as little as possible. Made the matches more meaningful. There is no reason for the champ to defend the title multiple times per month (and ill argue once a month in some cases).
If Rock is Champion he should be there for every Raw, it's bad enough he's missing all House Shows. They shouldn't have given him the Title if he's missing all those Raws, but of course, it's The Rock...
I guess you wouldn't have liked people like Hogan and Austin. Both of them have missed a show as champ on occasion.
pretty sure there will be more added since he still has alot mroe dates on his current deal. I think they are just making sure to have him appear on the dates The Rock isn't there first and go home show
Tell me... how many more dates does he have on his current deal exactly oh great one who is in the know?
Key phrase is on occasion. We'll see how many shows Rock misses, so far he's only booked for 2 RAW's in the month of March(within a month of WM). That's inexcusable for a champion IMO, hope that changes.
Oh you were not aware of this?
Your posterior better contact someone at once!!
If Rock Doesn't Drop the Title back to punk, they better have a good reason for him missing shows leading up to Wrestlemania. Having your top Champion missing that many shows seems really stupid to me.
