Re: Jericho should put Barrett over
Jericho's only role these days seems to be putting the younger guys over. At least we'll get to see him as a face this time, which is a real rarity.

Re: Jericho should put Barrett over
Jericho is here to put Ziggler over. I think he could help Orton's heel turn as well. ( just my opinion), and then he'll leave after Mania. No time for Barrett.

Re: Jericho should put Barrett over
Why can't this be a heated feud which will put Barrett over anyway whether he wins the feud or not? Chris Jericho also needs to have wins too so he looks strong as well, otherwise going ove rhim won't be much of a big deal.

Yes, because he didnīt beat Rock and Stone Cold the same night.
He also havent held the ic championship a record of 9 times.
The only thing the guy havenīt done is winning the royal rumble. Heīs a future legend.

Re: Jericho should put Barrett over
I don't see why he should. Jericho is there to put Ziggler over, if anyone. The IC cup on Main event, whoever wins that is who will be feuding with Barrett. Just because Jericho is there, doesn't mean he has to put over the wrestler who desperately needs it these days.
Barrett just isn't cutting it, they put the strap on him and gave him a clean win over Orton. The guy just gets no reaction.

Jericho is already a legend, has been for several years now.

Re: Jericho should put Barrett over
Good idea, but feel like Jericho needs some wins, despite being an all time great, he's not that credible, he can take losses better than some, but he's no DBry. Sadly, he won't be around for long enough to get some wins, and them put people over, puts you in an endless circle with him.

Re: Jericho should put Barrett over
Jericho needs putting over himself before he can put anyone over.
Didn't Barrett beat him before anyway on an episode of NXT? Before Jericho left in 2010?

This, a win over Jericho didn't mean anything last year, why will it change this year? I'm pretty sure guys like Ryder and Marella get more wins than Jericho at this point. Yeah, a decade ago he unified the titles.... but again... that's a looonnnggg time ago in wrestling years.

Re: Jericho should put Barrett over
Must be why Jericho damn near stole the show at the Rumble....because he has no credibility. Yeah sure.
