I don't think JTG should be higher than he currently is, but they should at least be booking their lower midcarders to matter. There's no reason why JTG and let's say, Zack Ryder can't have an actual feud with each other.

I think there are more to most people not being used. Just about showcasing their strengths and hide their weaknesses as a smart booker would do it. I much rather have JTG in Otunga's role. Unfortunately, there are too many and not everybody get their chances.
