Becoming the first undisputed champ is just one of those things that, in line with your reasoning, would be "Cena's moment".

Cena just doesn't need to beat the Rock. He'll not get much more out of that as he's already had a huge moment fighting The Rock in the WM main event. He might even gain less from that than losing to The Rock since the full time top face will likely get booed out of the building when he wins. This match is just one example though as the point is a general one.
That statement is completely wrong on so many levels. Comparing a Survivor Series match to headlining WrestleMania against an icon. Please. No, I don't think that would be one of Cena's moments. World Championship was a glorified mid card belt in the WWF at the time. It was a great way to elevate Jericho, but don't get carried away.

It doesn't matter how much he gets out of it short term. Guess what Rock got nothing from beating Hogan too. His popularity dipped.

No because they bored the shit outta me.

Their promos was awful. Match didn't really live up to the hype, only good thing was the outcome.
Cena and Rock have zero chemistry together.

I wasn't really invested the first time around. No interest in a part 2.

Not at all. The build-up to the match was terrible and the match itself was only decent.

Everyone thinking they wont do it because the winner is obvious....

They give us a match with a predictable ending every year, the most recent of these have also been rematches.

Undertaker vs HBK (2009)
Undertaker vs HBK II (2010)
Undertaker vs HHH II (2011)
Undertaker vs HHH III (2012

I don't know what you're talking about but it's apparently not what I've brought up. I was talking about the undisputed championship and that didn't happen at Survivor Series.

And again you seem to choose to focus on the irrelevant part of the point. It's not about that Cena doesn't get much out of it, it's about that WWE these days just don't have as many stars as they used to and it's because of their booking. Cena has already had a moment with The Rock and they've gotten their big payday out of that. The smart thing now would be to try to elevate someone else to stardom.

Your comparison with Rock fighting Hogan just shows that you don't get the point. The Rock wasn't a guy carrying the brand on his own. They had Austin, HHH, Taker, Angle, Jericho etc on that card and they were all active full time (although Austin would of course be changing that).

To be fair that is a terrible comparison. Undertaker matches are always expected to end with him winning.

Not if they're portraying the same characters as last year. Only way to make this remotely interesting is one of them coming in as a heel.
