Re: Tell me, does anyone here really want to see Rock vs Cena again?
Would I like to see it again? Sure if its not at a WrestleMania and the dynamic of the feud is different then sure but to repeat your WrestleMania main event from the year prior is not something WWE have ever done before with FAR bigger main events so I don't see why this one should.
Another problem is wrestling fans who get stuck in the 'wrestling bubble' claim to get the business but are always way off. An example is this idea that "Cena needs to beat Rock as he's the face of the company and he's the one that needs to be put over"
the idea of that concept is by putting over Wrestler A over Wrestler B makes Wrestler A gain a level of credibility that they didn't have prior or makes fans of Wrestler B like Wrestler A. Now does ANYONE think the people who cheer for The Rock (the casual) and the people who hate Cena are going to change there minds on him after he pins Rock's shoulder on the mat for a 3 count, Of course not.
Which demographic is harder to please? The kids who love their Hero John Cena and are viciously loyal to him to the point they wouldn't stop watching him and supporting him or the adult demographic who are paying the to see Rock beat Cena and if the opposite happened they wouldn't suddenly go "WOW Cena beat Rock, I no longer thing he's a goofball and sucks, I like him now!" instead their likely to say Fuck this and not tune back in.
from a business stand point Rock going over made WWE more money and Cena going over was probably going to hurt them if anything.

Hell no. All that "Once in a Lifetime" promotion will go to nothing if there was another rematch.

That 'Once in a Lifetime' tag was only used to gain more buyrates. Simple really.
As for the OP's question, eh, I wouldn't mind it happening to be honest but I'm not really fond of the same main event happening again at WrestleMania. I always expect to see someone different headlining WrestleMania. As long as WWE does something more interesting with Rock/Cena II to make it completely different than their first feud, then I wouldn't mind the rematch happening.

I personally don't want to see it.

Casuals... what do you expect? They may be smarter in real life choices, but they often get fed up by companies. This is where the term "sheep" is coined. As long as they are willing to pay for WWE products, they will always be a much bigger priority as an audience. This is why, similar to the locked "fans should speak up to WWE" thread, we smarks need to rise-up at some point. I'm still waiting for the next Steve Jobs of the wrestling industry.

On-topic, Cena vs. Punk vs. Rock (c) is the only way to go, with Punk coming out on top. And this is not coming from a Punk mark.
Then, Punk can lose it to Cena on Extreme Rules or even on Raw.
No matter how much Punk needs to go over in the feud, Cena needs to get the last laugh since he has already put Punk over for several times.

Let Rock pin Cena again just for giggles. I would laugh my ass off.

It's only fair cena gets his re-match. Cena will have been waiting for this match for a full year, which would explain his poor record in wwe over the last year with his suprising losses as his mind isn't fully focused on anything else but the rock. This is the match he will want to win. Cena winning will get his career back on track and he can begin winning wwe/world titles again.

Fairness?
If things were fair your boy Cena wouldn't be anywhere near the position he currently is.
And the last thing this company needs is more of his WWE reigns.

He picked up all of that on his own, from Taker and Kane and talking with those guys. He is like a sponge and he just picks up everything. I think he is fantastic. Cena is fantastic too, but Punk is, in my estimation, No. 1 on the roster."

It's Wrestlemania, they're the 2 biggest stars, so I don't have a problem with it. Hopefully it'll be better with the title on the line now.
