By all rights, Rock should lose - and lose DEFINITIVELY - to Punk at the Rumble. He won't. But if they had any sense, he would.
No one in WWE gains anything from having a Hollywood part-timer win the biggest belt in the company, only to drop it a few months later and go back to La-La-Land. Rock's had his day and his entire presence in the company should be to put over new talent, not win titles and certainly not to beat the biggest name in company at the biggest show of the year.
Logically, it makes no sense.

That's how I feel too.
Putting The Rock over Cena was essentially say "this era blows, the Attitude Era was WAYYY better." Not to mention they made The Rock screw Cena over twice with not comeuppance. It's the only time I could remember WWE putting a superstar from the last era over a superstar from the present era.

I would really rather they didn't.
Like, really.

The only way I'd approve of Cena vs Rock 2
Lets say, Cena wins the Rumble and Rock wins the title. They do the traditional build up, how Cena let himself down and how that won't happen again, you know the rest.
How about at Wrestlemania, Cena and Rock are having their back and forth match and the Shield run out and hand Cena a chair. Cena takes the chair and smacks Rock over the head and wins the title. The Shield bet up the Rock and Cena delivers an FU before taking off his Hustle Loyalty Respect armband and throwing it on The Rock's lifeless body. WM ends with Cena and the Shield holding up the title.
From now on, Cena won't wear tacky merchandise. Instead he'll wear a black hoodie and black shorts. Him and The Shield will deliver epic beatdowns and be a modern day nWo. Notice how the Shield have yet to attack Cena. Maybe it's all building up to the epic heel turn. THOUGHTS.

Probably a simple "No" would have sufficed.

You'd probably complain about that too.

That's way to good to be true.. If that match happens, it will most likely just have Cena winning the WWE Title at WrestleMania.. Cena stays face, everything stays the same.. I'm really hoping that doesn't happen, but that's what I'm expecting
In a perfect world CM Punk will leave the WWE Champion at WrestleMania, but we're all expecting the Rock to win the Title sooner or later.

The feud would not be worth Cena' victory he is pretty much the reason why it wasn't as good as it could be. You don't understand that pretty much you come out of feuds with John Cena looking like shit. I bet you can't wait until Cena no sells Rock, just like he does everything else these days.

Sounds good, fantastic even. Too bad we'd see a good match from them before ever seeing something like this happen.
