What good is it being in "wrestling" shape if you cant even do a hurricanrana without kneeing yourself in the face?
Rock's in better shape than Cena anyway so your point is redundant.

That's what this is - nostalgia. The only reason Rock is in the main event against a superstar like John is because of the ammount of nostalgic fans willing to forget how he abandoned them.
The same fans will likely cheer and clap like seals when he steals the title from Punk - despite having done nothing to earn it.
My only solace is that all of this is foreplay to Rocky staring at the lights for John as he should have done last year.

Okay the only difference and BIG difference with the Rock than Leno or Arquette is that he had 6 years of experience in the ring and was a full time wrestler.

No, he's not. John is like a sculpted Greek God. Rock is sagging and old.
Dude can't help it, he's getting on in years. But it's like comparing Adonis to John Candy.

No, I wish Punk vs Rock was for Mania instead of the Rumble.

Re: Tell me, does anyone here really want to see Rock vs Cena again?
there is a distinct difference between having big muscles and being physically fit enough to do the things required to have a 25 minute wrestling match
well, unless you don't care about the quality of the match. If that's the case, then there isn't any difference at all

HAD. WAS.
Rock left that life behind when he went off to Hollywoodland, put on a pink tutu and made a horses ass of himself.
And then he saunters back in and just gets GIVEN a title shot, just gets GIVEN a win over the biggest name in wrestling since Hulk Hogan.
Wrestling is a business that moves quickly, just because you USED to be a somebody, it doesn't give you the right to piss on everyones parade in the here and now.
It was wrong when Hogan did it and it's wrong when Rock's doing it now.
His past contributions do not excuse his glory-hoggishness.
