Yea, Orton had his day in the sun and in the end he wasn't worth the dozen of pushes he was given over the years, that's why he was an afterthough for all of 2012.

Its WWE's choice to make a guy an afterthought. Its hard to make a guy look legit, when they have lowered the standards so much.
Del Rio wasn't going to get anyone over, he was looked at just as, a guy.
WWE have to invest into every guy on the card, and everyone will look better.
Right now they are doing excellent with the Shield. So I expect this coming turn with Orton to be done just as good or better.

Well, let's answer that question with another question. Would you let a crackhead hold your purse or wallet, containing your entire life savings, while you close your eyes, count to ten, and then walk in the opposite direction?
Now pick the opposite answer to the question above and then you will have your answer as to what Vince will do.

and Orton is definitely a 'fresh contender' right? ive stated this in another thread and i say this as a huge Orton fan that i think his time is nearly up, he's so injury prone nowadays that i feel its just gonna keep on building up and he needs to take some serious time off, its not like he's needed right now anyways. Also i can definitely see that he's become lazy because lets face facts he's done everything there is to do at such a young age and he's become complacent. Honestly i really dont think he cares at this point, you can throw a million title reigns at him it's not going to make a difference. Sure there are a few matches i'd like to see like Orton vs Lesnar or maybe Orton vs The Rock but thats a pretty tall order and i'm not gonna throw a bitchfit if it doesnt happen.
Also people need to stop living in the past and talking about how great he was in 05/07/08 etc. He had reason to be motivated now he does not.

he hasn't been in the wwe title picture in over 2 years.... So he's obviously a fresh contender now. Wwe title needs STAR power. And Orton is still a star

If it's in the script, he will. *And,* since Vince *is* WWE; the script is up to him. So, we'll see what happens eventually. In the meantime, watch Storage Wars and see if Dave Lester *finally* gets beat up by the rest of the bidders. Yuuuuuuuuuuuuppppppppppppppppppp!!!!!

Erm he's a 9 time World Champion, how exactly is he fresh contender? They need to keep the title on Punk and put him over The Rock they need new stars, there's only so long a cash cow will last.
Re: will vince mcmahon give randy orton another wwe championship run on raw?
As I said in another thread, they will not program him into a long term huge storyline or give him the belt until they are comfortable his issues are *finally* behind him and he won't get pinched again on a piss test. Until then (I'm guessing another year), he'll be on every show having one-offs with Barrett, Sandow and others, maybe a feud with Sheamus for Mania. If he gets hurt or fails a test, they can just swap him out, no harm no foul.
Personally, I can't stand the guy, no, actually hate his ass, bores the hell out of me and sounds like a total ass in addition to being the worst face ever....as much as I am sick of Cena like everyone else, at least I get the sense Cena gives a damn and wants to take the brass ring as opposed to just being handed it.
