Yes, definitely. His unbearable push has been one of the reasons I tuned out halfway through last year. My only hope is The Rock ending his reign of terror.

IWC was critical of WWF in the Attitude era.Rewind 14 years before and you would be reading threads like 'kill the writers' and 'pro wrestling is a dying sport' on Google groups.IWC has been and will be critical of WWE.You cannot blame Cena for anything especially the ratings drop. The ratings started dropping in 2002 before WWE went PG.Even if WWE was attitude today, the ratings would've been the same.

Punk hasn't been shoved down are throats, but his 14 month title reign has been underwhelming and he only main events when he's working with someone who has more star power than he does.

1st boom=Hulk Hogan
2nd boom-Hollywood Hogan/Mike Tyson/Vince Mcmahon/Austin/Rock
3rd boom-Cena
Cena haters,take that.
CM Punk is worsening the business by dropping down ratings.
4.0 ain't no boom, Sam. Not even by todays standards. And that's just an average, he wasn't even getting that every week or even most weeks.

It's astonishing that some people would rather blame one man for the falling ratings than look at the overall picture. I get the impression these people would rather see high ratings than an entertaining product.

You can't deny that John Cena did increase ratings gradually. The ratings started falling because people had lost interest in the product itself.
