I wouldn't say so. He gets a decent amount of airtime every week but you would expect as much from the WWE Champion. He's also one of the very few guys worth giving that amount of airtime to.

Considering he's been the Champ for all of it, I don't think so at all.

In fact he could have been used better and more too come to think of it. Like opening segments and closing segments more often.

No he wasent. Its been a refreshing change having someone new be WWE champion instead of fucking Cena all of the time. CM Punk has made WWE better and I hope his 400 day reign continues

He's the least oppressive champ ever. He rarely starts a show or closes it with obnoxious 20 minute promos. His spot seems to be the crossover. He works a little match, cut a 5 or 10 minute promo with PAUL E. DANGEROUSLY THA GAWD and that is it.

Hasn't he only main evented 4 or 5 of the past 15 PPVs?
