Hey, this is well known common knowledge. In his books and with Howard Stern, The Rock talked about gyno, a well-known side effect from steroids usage, and got fat removed from his breasts. The Great One had Man-Titties.

Look, I realize it is all kayfabe, but for a guy who got fat liposuctioned out of his steroid-breasts to call a guy who is about 50 years old "twinkie titties" just struck me as hypocritical and ridiculous.
