Re: Does CM Punk inspire you?
Honestly, no.
Mainly because Zigglers story is so much more inspirational, compared to Punks (multi time world champion).
Put simply, first push was with Charvo as Kerwin White - got derailed in 6 weeks due to Eddies death.
Next push was with the spirit squad. Enough said at the burial of them.
He then offered and went back to OVW to improve his skills.
Comes back, with one of the worst names in wrestling - Dolph Ziggler.
First push Ziggler gets derailed when Rey refused to Job to him at summerslam.
Got paired with Vickie, who really takes away the spotlight from wrestlers.
He works with Edge, where the feud was not over, when Edge retires due to injury - meaning back to square one, as WWE imports stars to smackdown. Gets buried in the roster changes.
He manages to get over through the same hard work and determination, selling skills and stealing the show with great matches.
Damn time he gets recognition, he worked his butt off, never complained, managed to come back and thrive even through tragedies and terrible gimmicks which would have destroyed just about any other wrestler.
And to Punks hard work, Dolph does raw and smackdown just about every week, house shows and double duty at a lot of PPV's last year.

Truly the most epic heel ever. He turns brother against brother, father against son, with his "faithful" blinded by his demonic charisma. Seriously, he is like the Antichrist in revelations, sowing discord and dissension among families and generations.
John Cena is the bringer of the end times, to the wwe universe.
