My guess: Ziggler cashes in at RR while everyone's watching for The Rock.

ADR wins his match, Ziggler cashes in and takes it.

Not sure if Ziggler will retain at EC or not, but Ziggler winning at RR allows WWE to do whatever they want at EC to set up what they'd like at WM.

A WM cash in would just devalue the WM WHC match. That'd be kind of a big trolling letdown for fans of the wrestlers taking part in the WHC match.

A cash in at RR seems most logical to me. Ziggler's been picking up some momentum again lately too, so it feels like it's time soon.

Honestly i dont care when he cashes it, it will probably be a random smackdown.

Unify the belts at Wrestlemania, with John Cena winning (being so frustrating, he has to cheat to beat the Rock...he's going to beat him eventually anyway, and Cena will also turn heel someday...might as well do it all at once), and then have Dolph run out with the briefcase and cash in on a worn-out Cena, beating him for the Undisputed Championship.

Just seems like he has had several opportunities to cash in and hasn't. At this point, I really don't care anymore, so tired of hearing about it. Edge went almost a year but they didn't go on and on about it all year long. It seems like the past six months has been all about the cash-in for Ziggler, and yet he has done nothing about it. Just fucking cash it in already.

You would have thought Ziggler would have cashed it in after he successfully retained his money in the bank title shot after TLC.

Yea, it would be funny if he just forgot to cash it in. Also that would be a good scenario IMO since I don't see Dolph as a world champion.

I fear WWE is preparing something dumb. Like Ziggler forgetting to cash in his MITB contract and turning face because the fans feel sorry for him (Don't worry guys, I will not disappoint you this year, I promise! I will win MITB 2013 and become World Heavyweight Champion!)
