Now that Cena is on his last legs we realize that there are no wrestlers left that can connect with the kids. There is nobody there that is hip to the 8 year olds when Cena is getting too old. A Karate Kid, Edward Furlong kind of gimmick that can come in and beat up the old farts like CM Punk and Sheamus.
No not Daniel Bryan, no not Dean Amrose, not CM Punk. A cool young kid 18-22 year old cool looking wrestler who can connect with the kids.
A face Brad Maddox? There isn't a way he can be taken seriously as a heel. No way. Nothing about him screams "I'm a wrestler." He can turned into sympathetic face and finally gets a victory, after 4-5 months as a straight jobber.
Also maybe a way to debut Richie Steamboat? Have his father introduce him and then time after time he doesn't get a win, until he's just floating around losing to everyone. Finally Steamboat gets a win and he and his father celebrate.
They have a contract in the works with El Generico. he is going through physical evaluation, and if signed could be HUGE in WWE.
How old he is?

My lord, you sound like a 60 year old trying to act like he understands what the kids want
So yes, you are sounding like Vince
Besides, 18-22 is too damn young. Very few know how to wrestle at that age properly. Mostly since wrestling requires EXPERIENCE above all
Maybe for indiefarts like Punk and Bryan but Sean Waltman was 22 if I'm not misstaken when he was in his match against Bret Hart on Raw in 1994. One of the most celebrated and praised tv-matches of all time.
