They could pair Ryder with Hawkins or Raily which would make good teams but they put him with a typical fat American stuck in the 70s

Wwe is trying to destroy Ryder's following before they release him. Just like they brought back ECW to destroy it's brand.

Ryder can't quit though, because wwe owns the Zach Ryder name, and I bet all of his Z!TLIS would be theirs as well since he was using the Ryder "character" that they own. So all that footage would be theirs. The whole character, even if Ryder developed it all himself, is still owned by the wwe.

Zack Ryder should team with Alex Riley. Similar names (you can even call them A-Ry and Z-Ry for fun). Similar looks. Similar backgrounds in terms of being underutilized underdogs who are still over with the fans. Like have a storyline where they make a pact to no longer be jobbers and help each other find success.
