What would you rate raw this week I would rate it a 8/10 and which cm punk pipebomb was better 2011 or the one this week

Aside from the TLC match and the end promo, it was usual boring shit.

CM Punk's 2011 pipe bomb was definitely better, but last nights was still pretty damn good.

Id say his previous pipebomb was better simply because it was just more shocking and his status in the company made it even more shcoking now that he's clearly one of the top guys and now that he says when he's going to drop these pipebombs its kind of lost its panache don't get me wrong though his promo before The Rock came out was very good as well his segment with The Rock.

2011 was better.. he seemed really pissed off in that one and it had a lot more material than this one. This one was pretty good but the crowd bashing "I am the superstar.. you are a loser" for 10 minutes was too much.

I don't really like to rate things. Punk, Rock, Heyman and Cesaro are things I remember as really good, and that's enough to make a very good Raw (as I'm not watching live). There were some significant downsides as well though.

As for the pipebomb it's hard to compete with the shoot of 2011, which is already legendary. Part of that is of course that it came as lighting from a clear sky. No one expected it. This promo was probably the best in WWE since then but the complete shoot still takes it. The promo of this Raw wasn't a complete shoot in my view as everything made perfect sense even within kayfabe, but it of course hinted to things outside as well, which made it have a nice duality to it. Both promos of course reach their heights because Punk is top notch in making things actually sound genuine, rather than being made with the normal wrestling theatrics.

2011 was far better because it literally came out of left field...a lot of people around here thought he actually broke the script and was getting fired for it. Plus, it was pretty much his best promo ever, in terms of content and delivery.
