Rock was just the host and people knew this. He brought in buys but people bought mania for the big experience and part of that experience was the ME with Miz.

NOW people are turning against the Miz? Just when I'm starting to like him? It took me 5 years but I finally started to like Miz a few months ago. And at the time he was still heel showing signs of turning face and it's something I totally wanted to see. And I think they pulled it off right and he's doing the best a guy who's been heel and annoying most of his career can do. He's still got his heelish edge so that's why I think it's working. It's also a fresh direction to take him in which he desperately needed.

Hogwash, if anyone paid to see any match it would have been HHH vs The Undertaker. NO one wanted to see The Miz vs Cena. Heck, there was far more focus on Cena and Rock, than there was for Cena and Miz. The Miz wasn't even a major focus in the match he was in! The only reason I can realisticly see why people would have paid to see the main event, would have been to see what would happen between Cena and Rock.

You can't bash Miz for main eventing the 2nd most successful Mania. Did a lot of people buy WM 19 to see Lesnar - Angle? No...are you going turn it into a bashing game because they mainevented that Mania?
