lol basically. The quality of the theme usually reflects quality of the show/"era". Sorta ironic, but guess it goes to show, that if WWE doesn't try at one aspect, they wont try at any aspect.

This current one is fucking awful. It's so bland and boring.
The one before wasn't much better either. I couldnt understand the lyrics. I guess I could look them up but they are so awful. It doesn't pump me up either. It just sounds like a load of jibberish put together.
I liked 'accross the nation'
The opening gets you psyched up

The Papa Roach one was the worst, followed by Nickelback. The current one isnt great but it doesnt cause me physical pain listening to it, its just really generic sounding. Like so many others in this thread I really miss Across the Nation
As a proud Canadian, I vote Nickelback as the worst ever, and apologize to the rest of the world for their sad and sorry existence.
Sorry about Bryan Adams too.
I want an apology for that Titanic singer...I will NOT mention her name...
Seriously, my idea of hell, is listening to her 24/7. Especially what she did to Rachmaninoff. Heard that once, and blew my top.

Re: Worst theme song RAW ever had?
I don't get the hate for Nickelback. So what if they're not Eric Clapton in terms of musical ability? They put out some catchy songs, that's all I care about. I personally think that 99% of people who critique bands as not being good because their music doesn't contain elite diversity or the greatest lyrics ever are musical snobs. Its mostly a few people who have an informed opinion stating their dislike for the band and then everyone else agrees to make it sound like they have a clue what they're talking about. Be original and make your own opinions.
I'm going with the latest song, the Tonight is the Night one, because it sounds completely out of place on a wrestling show. And even that's a step above the absolutely horrendous sounding Smackdown theme, the Know Your Enemy one by Green Day. When I hear that theme, one of the last things I think about is pro wrestling. It doesn't sound good at all, to me.

Had to listen to all RAW themes as some I didn't remember or heard. During 04-07 I watched very little.
None of the themes are really that bad but if I was to choose a bad one it would be the Papa Roach version.
