Re: Am I the Only One That Thinks the Product is Good Right Now?
I really enjoyed this weeks raw, now with a lot of new talent arising on raw its generating a lot of interest for me to watch raw. I'm a big fan of Ryback as well and enjoy watching him every week, I think raw has a lot of good weeks and bad weeks its very inconsistent but I think Vince and the WWE team have realised that they really need to change things up because ratings are dropping rapidly.

The problem is the filler, why we need that extra hour? to see those random ADR and Sheamus matches?, you know I'm probably biggest ADR fan on this forum and I'm tired of him appearing on RAW, he should just wrestle on SD and may appear on RAW backstage short segments with Rosa.

It's the same as it's been for the last couple of years. One or two good segments in a show and the rest is crap.

If your ok with lazy storylines, poor actors, repetitive matches and having your intelligence insulted, then I'm sure the WWE is great right now.

I can't say that I'm 100% happy with the product however this year definitely beat 2011 where there were guest hosts all the time.

The product is not the best, but it's certainly the most enjoyable it's been since April. I can't speak on Smackdown since I don't watch it, but RAW is getting better imo. The Shield brings a nice dynamic, Punk/Heyman is gold, Ziggler/Cena is something fresh and Team Hell No is really connecting with the audience.. The matches have been on par as well.

This sums up my thoughts pretty well. Thank you Walk-In (though I changed a couple things).
I'd also like to point out especially how lazy creative and booking are. In past years the Fed would have at least come up with some plausible idea for Ziggler putting up his MiTB briefcase against Cena. Now...we get Vinnie Mac using his veto power to just...change the stipulation. "Its this way because I say its this way!" Kudos, John Pollock, for pointing this out. Its dreadful. And the booking...Cena has pinned Ziggler clean TWICE in a week. Why is Dolph putting his briefcase up in a match where we've already seen the babyface win definitively twice? The feud is over, we've gotten the logical conclusion. Instead, we're being asked to pay 55 bucks to get either the same conclusion or a different one that was achieved in a completely ass backwards manner on PPV. That, at its core, is what's wrong with this company. They're taking basic pro wrestling concepts, hell, STORYTELLING concepts, that make sense and have been proven to work perfectly well in the past, and they're just abandoning them and consistently trying to push these new ways of doing things are are mind numbingly stupid and very apparently don't work. But rather than fix them, they just keep doing the same wrong things over and over hoping that it'll work out, like a guy running into a brick wall hoping that if he does it enough times he'll get through. Won't happen.
My dad always said the definition of an idiot is someone who does the same stupid thing over and over again and expects the outcome to be different. Well, WWE, you're being run by idiots.

Just going to go ahead and refer to Rule #3 in the Wrestling Fan Handbook here.

The product is always bad. Always. It is never good enough. If you are thinking about stating otherwise, be prepared for a backlash of which the likes you have never seen. Arguments against you will include but are not limited to the PG rating, "all the wrong wrestlers" being pushed, "all the right wrestlers" being "buried", John Cena, Triple H, John Cena and Triple H, Linda McMahon & some ramble pertaining or referring to the Attitude Era.

Hopefully The Rock takes David Kapoor's writing computer, shines it up real nice, turns that sum bitch sideways and sticks it straight up his Ranjin Singh candy ass.
