He said it because he was getting seriously hot at Punk for what he was saying..Every in a argument or something with someone and they blurt out a comeback and start yelling "OHHHHHHHHHH" to drown out what you say next and to try to annoy you? that's how you know you got under their skin and punk most def got under Miz' skin last night

Audience got it and laughed. Punk kind of ruined the joke tbh because he was talking over Miz. Miz as a face has a lot of potential. He needs to iron a couple of things out but he'll do well.
