I'm not ashamed to admit it, I got a slight chuckle out of it. Yeah, it was lame and lacked wit, but when you're caught off guard by someone who feels the need to go off script and be a complete jackass everytime he's in the ring with you, what do you expect? Sure, I could've come up with a better comeback than that, and I did at the time, but I don't blame Miz. He's making the akward transition to being a face, and also Punk was being an unprofessional jerk that for some reason felt the need to go on a tirade against Miz. Yeah Punk, we get it, you don't like Miz, no need to be a bitch.

i'd be willing to bet that remark was off script, you could tell they were getting legit annoyed at eachother, because they were talking over eachother. punk was semi-shooting on him about the WM main event and going back to wrestling school, and that was the first thing Miz could come up with as a comeback off the top of his head.

It wasnt funny, it was a 3rd grade insult at best and the way he yelled the prolonged "OOOOOOOOOO" after it felt like he was just trying to yell over Punk to prevent him from responding.

Man Miz sure fell flat last night. I don't blame him though, I'm a Punk fan and I usually don't complain about his promos, but how on earth does wrestling school or even WM27 have any relevance to the Shield/Maddox and the whole promo subject at hand? Last night was the first time where I truly felt that Punk's insider references were just completely unnecessary and just flat out cringe worthy. I felt bad for Miz, this was a HUGE promo for him but Punk completely stepped all over his toes.

These jokes are so overused now days its just not funny, go on any online game and the only comeback you hear is 'Your mum ...' etc. But meh I had no problem with it.
