it NEEDS to happen. They can build up the match as THE match to see who ends up facing Rock at Royal Rumble. Cena snaps and says its about time he wins the title again, and he needs to beat Rock, it is important for him. Punk says there is no way he is losing this, and he has beaten Cena every time on PPV. It would be a great semi-conclusion to their feud and the only match that would make fans doubt that Punk is winning.

This is a good point. A spectacular match at TLC could be what HIAC should have been, which is a great ending of the feud between Punk and Cena. Definitely no Ryback involved, so they can both shine and there won't be any need for a screwy ending.

I'd actually like the build for Punk/Rock to sort of begin now, I mean you can give him a TV feud involving Foley and someone else to work in ring with whilst the promo's from Punk directed to Rock can begin, Rock doing 1 or 2 taped via Satellites before returning to RAW the end of next month.

Kane vs Cena main evented the Rumble last time so i dont see why Rock VS Punk wouldnt main event this one

did see reports that the feud with him and cena havent been finished yet but then again ive also seen he might go up against foley. Personally id rather it be against foley under the cactus jack gimmick in a hard core match as i want it to seem like cena and punk still have unfinished business that they could take care of at a later time like mania or something.
