Re: Has Punk Ever Beat Cena Clean?
Money in the Bank was clean. How was it not? b/c Cena himself took his eyes off the ball? Wasn't like Vince or Ace hit him upside the head.
Summerslam counts too. Cena's foot was on the ropes, but the result stood and it wasn't dirty.
I think people are forgetting what the term "clean" means.
oh and for those asking too, yes Cena has beaten Punk clean. Their first two matches in 2009. Super FU & STF w/o shenanigans.

Re: Has Punk Ever Beat Cena Clean?
How was MitB not a clean pin? Cena left the ring of his own accord to deal with Johnny Ace and got caught in the GTS on his way back in the ring, that cannot be classed as interference as Vince and Ace where actually "trying to aid" Cena not Punk.

Re: Has Punk Ever Beat Cena Clean?
Does the WWE think they create more intrigue for future matches by never letting people go clean over each other? It's much more intriguing if two guys are going into a PPV or title match and both guys have already beaten each other cleanly before, and we don't know who will be the better man that night.
If they don't want to let them have clean wins because they want to save it for the PPVs, the don't have them in matches at all until then.

They still interfered in the match. A clean win is a win with no interference, no weapons used, etc. It may be as clean as Punk will beat him but it's not "clean clean".

MITB and Summerslam is as clean as it gets! It's a shame, but it's the truth

Re: Has Punk Ever Beat Cena Clean?
Money in the Bank does not count as a clean victory because of the distraction caused by McMahon and Lautinitis.
I can't remember all of the matches between the two, perhaps Punk won cleanly in a match on RAW between them, but I don't think so.

Re: Has Punk Ever Beat Cena Clean?
Punk has beaten Cena about 7 times at least and not a single was clean. In 2011, their record was 6-1 in Punk's favor but not a single match ended clean.
Cena has lost clean these matches since 2004:
to Kurt Angle in a triple threat involving Big Show (No Way Out 04)
to Shawn Michaels (Raw 07 before Backlash)
to Randy Orton in a triple threat involving Triple H (Wrestlemania 24)
Got eliminated by Randy Orton in a fatal four way involving Triple H and JBL (Backlash 08)
to Triple H (Night of Champions 08)
to JBL (Great American Bash 08)
to Batista (SummerSlam 08)
Got eliminated by Edge in the WHC elimination chamber match (No Way Out 09)
to Big Show (Smackdown 09 before Wrestlemania 25)
to Randy Orton in a triple threat involving Triple H (Night of Champions 09)*
to Triple H (Raw 09 before Bragging Rights)
to Sheamus (TLC 09)
to The Rock (Wrestlemania 28)
* = Need validation on this one.
Also, I have excluded tag team matches where he might have been eliminated.

No interference that shows bias. McMahon & Ace came out there. Ok...once again they didn't do anything. Especially anything to aid Punk. It's clean. I mean, it's pretty simple to see. By that logic nobody wins clean in a lot of matches then. "Oh this guy go distracted by this random event not meant to assist the victor, not clean." Nah. That's why it's a term like "clean". you know, to mean the opposite of dirty aka cheating or taking advantage of an element that put the opponent at a risk to lose. Like Nash intentionally distracting Punk would count making the Cena win on RAW in August of 2011 not clean for example.
and much like Summerslam 2011, which was clean too. Isn't like Triple H low blowed Cena and ignored the foot on the rope.
