First off, Santino Marella is the man! Secondly, if I wanted to see good acting, I would definitely not be watching wrestling.

I think he's brilliant.

Bryan's character has gone through a number of rapid evolutions since he appeared in the WWE, all of which have been thoroughly entertaining. And I don't think he's anywhere near done.

I always look forward to seeing what Daniel Bryan does next.

I like it and find it funny. But it says more about d-bry if he is happy to become a joke figure and become a jobber.

If you enjoy watching a young man's career slowly die every week he's in this angle being marginalized from every facial expression to booking decision, then I suppose it's good.

I do have one question for anyone who might feel that Dwayne Johnson "owes" the business. Is it just him, or is it anyone who moved on to other things? Should Luna Vachon get heat for running a towing company instead of working on RAW? Should Maven be critiqued on his Home Shopping Network bits instead of wrestling?

Or is it only the ones who go on to highly visible careers in movies that owe something? Why do Johnson (who left after putting people over, doing the traditionally "right thing") and Lesnar (who did not; except for making Eddie a legitimate star) get called sell-outs who "forgot where they came from" when someone who retires to do some regular job get credit (as they should) for moving on and making it without falling into a sea of addiction?

People once again not knowing what jobber actually means.

He's a tagteam champion, not somebody on a 7 month losing streak.

Little thing to consider for the Bryan haters: What do you prefer? "Bad" acting pr "No" acting.
Sure, he doesn't pull some Oscar worthy performances, he is a >WRESTLER<. About 90% of the roster don't even try to act/put something over, they get promo material to a) shout b) monotonously rant or c) happily squirt out, that's about it. Bryan isn't the best actor, but you can see him enjoying the role and actually PLAYING it. For me that's miles better than generic shit around

I don't see the problem with him acting like he does when he's in comedy segments. That kind of goes with the material he's given. I'd prefer him to be in a more serious role (on his own) but he is over with this.

I was under the impression that over-acting was sorta the point.
