I wouldn't bet against it at this point, D-Bry is really over so give it a few years and he'll naturally progress to being one of the title contenders and all being well he'll eventually pick it up.
With Ryboch, cm punk and cena running around, don't expect a championship too soon for him, not unless they plan to feed him to ryturd so he can be champ without ruining the credibility of the other two.
He'll be World Heavyweight Champion again, as far as the WWE Championship goes, I wouldn't hold your breath. That title is reserved for people Vince has some actual faith in, so unless something huge changes, I wouldn't bet on it. 18 seconds proved the level that Vince thinks Bryan is at.

Not sure but I know the fans on here would love it (some) and the fans that go to the live events would go haywire if he ever won the WWE title - it would be a good move but maybe after wrestlemania and when the new season starts

This. Vince buried Bryan in 18 seconds and he has made sure that the fans don't forget that.

Re: Will Daniel Bryan ever be WWE champion?
I certainly hope not, because the Fed has done such a great job of turning him into this obnoxious fuck that I have massive go away heat for right now, and if he ever does get the belt, I won't be watching.
Then again, I'm not watching now. So in other words, I'll just think its stupid. The guy, IMO, is so ingrained in comedy right now, that he's never going to overcome it, much like Santino.
