In all fairness, the security was way out of position. security wasnt anywhere around punk and what did the WWE expect to happen. punk was talking shit about the same fans that he was surrounded by. ultimately punk is in the wrong because he hit the wrong fucking guy. if he hit the guy that touched him then it would be justifiable.

Wow.. A few people still don't get it...

Absolutely NOTHING justifys a Wrestling Fan to hit/shove a Wrestler!
NOTHING!

"It's his fault, he went through the crowd."
(How dare he, trying to involve fans in the segment!)

"It's his fault, he was unprofessionell"
(How dare he! I would take the beating even if I fall down the stairs! That's what a professional does!)

None of these things gives a Fan the right, to hit a Wrestler. Just because you paid money or a star standing next to you doesn't mean you are allowed to hit, shove or push him down the stairs!

God people man...

So my point is cleary: If it's really hard or it's more than just a hard touching just to provoke the Wrestler (that's what happend there) , ban the motherfucker.

To be honest I always cringe when they go in the audience and think they should avoid it unless it's brawl and security surrounds them - there is ALOT of idoit fans who will try something...I mean seriously the past few weeks with RYBACK - guy tries to run in the ring - Guy shouts goldberg on Mic...it's just to risky.

Yes, there should have been some real stuff happening, like Punk going Cantona on the audience.

I think what cm punk did was fine. Reporting them to the cops would be ok too.

Banning them for life seems a bit....Politically correct, unless they really do something bad.

Thankful for CM Punk making me watching WWE again.
6/27/11 is same important as 6/23/96

A legend never dies: June 18, 1962 - June 13, 2009

Not removing until:
[] Shelton Benjamin makes a comeback
[] Charlie Haas makes a comeback
[] Kenny Dykstra makes a comeback
[] Raw makes again a 6.5 or even a higher rating
[] John Morrison becomes WWE champion
[] CM Punk wins Royal Rumble
[] CM Punk and Daniel Bryan main eventing Wrestlemania in an iron man match (and so creating epic stuff as e.g. misawa and kawada did in their matches)
[] WWE pays tribute to Mitsuharu Misawa

Punk holding the title for 434 days was epic. it was the greatest reign in the history of wrestling (but not the way the reign ended):
4-3-4
4-3-4
4-3-4

He backhanded, then punched a guy who he thought was trying to shove him down the stairs of an arena. A mistake, but anger issues? My arse. Kindly go forth and multiply. We know you 'hate punks gutz lolz, I luv KK WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE', but you don't have to say it in every damn thread.
